Digital Products - All Sales are Final

Thank you for purchasing our digital guides at Elite Victory Guide. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of digital content (PDFs, Canva Templates, and digital guides), all sales are final.

Once you have received access to the download link or the Canva template link, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned."

Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email with your download links.

If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, please check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder before contacting support.

We only consider refund requests in the following cases:

If you accidentally purchased the same bundle twice in two separate transactions.

If there is a proven technical defect in the file that we are unable to fix after being notified.
